Out of towner interested in Maryland Deathfest
Hi
I'm wondering if anyone can give me any idea what it would be like to get a hotel in Baltimore and go to the Maryland Deathfest by myself. Is it like scary as **** walking back to the hotel alone at night? What's the atmosphere like in the venues? Is it a well run festival? Is it easy to get from venue to venue? I'm a man around 50 years old, btw. |

I've never been myself, but I am familiar with Baltimore. Looks like one of the venues is Ram's Head...that particular area is usually packed with college-aged kids, so unless you are worried about being accosted by hipsters, I think you should be ok. Depends on where your hotel is as well. Baltimore itself is not really that scary. Well, some parts are...but I think those parts are pretty easy to avoid.
I will say I personally love Ram's Head as a venue...really nice place.
