Wha?

Jar of Flies and Dirt are both rock classics.

A lot of classics suck, actually. Just sayin.

I never could get into Jar of Flies. Dirt's groundbreaking.

AiC are one of those band I wanted to like but they were always so disappointing. The only thing they released that was worthwhile was Jar of Flies and even that peters out toward the end. GnR actually managed to released two good LPs.

UYI was pretty good. UYII just managed to be great, and Appetite was well worth it, being sad proof that they once had talent.

As far as AiC goes, the only great official release is Dirt, but they have a great Bootleg: Bad Dream. Their live shows at that time were fantastic. Plus, I've seen some really bad GNR, never AiC.

Facelift is a classic album also. It doesn't get alot of credit but its equally as good as Dirt. Jar Of Flies, was too poppy and instrumentally to be considered a classic in the genre. I voted Chains but I like GNR.

I guess which band is the **** on a stick is relative, then. My fudgesicle tastes a lot better than yours is all I'm going to say...

Staley was well on his way to death but still managed to pull this off.
