Meh. I love Tech, but I've taken so many lumps over my own thread that I just consider it all part of the process. People will debate endlessly and pedantically over what should or should not be on a list, to the point where the thread creator just wants to drown themselves in a toilet; it's just the nature of these threads. If nobody is shouting then your survivor thread is probably boring and destined for failure. So Tech needs to just grab hold of his ankles and accept the inevitable.

Maybe. Still, he does seem to get easily stressed, and I think I should at least calm my nerves a little for his sake. Just because it does happen, it doesn't mean we have to do it.

I get that, but if he has any sense he'll just become desensitized to it and swat us aside like annoying flies. The heated discussions on these threads are generally far more interesting than the actual voting process, and are what survivor threads are meant to generate in the first place, so hopefully he'll come around, but I'm not gonna make it easier on him.

I'm just happy that someone else gets to feel my pain.
