Added Benatar. What do you think, Unknown, is Don't Look Back representative of AOR?

SUGGEST ME AN ALBUM - I'm probably not going to listen to it but I will if you bother me enough.

Close one between Tortoise and Bark Psychosis, but Bark has slightly more votes.

7. Tortoise - Millions Now Living Will Never Die
6. Explosions in the Sky - The Earth Is Not a Cold Dead Place
5. Talk Talk - Spirit of Eden
4. Sigur Rós - Ágætis byrjun
3. Slint - Spiderland
2. Mogwai - Happy Songs for Happy People
1. Godspeed You! Black Emperor - Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven

Vote 3 off. Vote ends February 21.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

In the Heat of the Night is a bad choice, the álbum is full of covers and is that strange mixture between rock, pop, new wave and a bit of punk from that time. When Pat benatar became more polished in the 1980s, her material became more suitable for AOR.

Also, who's up for switching Boston's Third Stage with Don't Look Back?
Third Stage is a far more ambitious and better álbum than Don´t Look Back.

Maybe, but the usual consensus is that Don't Look Back is the better album.

As for Pat Benatar, this is 70's Arena Rock I was talking about replacing, not the AOR list. And we can't really talk Arena Rock without Pat Benatar, one of the biggest names in it.

And I could easily say it's not a bad album, and many fans would say it's one of her best. Plus, if you're going to judge an album for the amount of covers, then I guess the vast majority of blues and soul albums are all bad?

Do we really only have 3 voters?

I guess I have to relisten to some of these to save Slint from your tasteless bastards' votes.
