Not really, since the same album was on 3 different lists.

And is no longer on three lists, because it is likewise pointless to have one album on three lists. You're basically putting the band's second-place album in place of the album that really deserved the spot, so in effect, it's already been voted off, otherwise it would have been there in the first place. Might as well just choose another album.

I don't care either way, but I had to condense it. What he gave off was "why not replace it with a band other than Bad Religion?" People obviously wanted Bad Religion here, otherwise it wouldn't make three lists. So I used three albums.

It might be fun to start with something out of the way, like Post-Rock.

SUGGEST ME AN ALBUM - I'm probably not going to listen to it but I will if you bother me enough.

You could always just literally pull a name out of a hat *prays for something other than post-rock, even the existence of a heartless god*.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

How did Stooges make its way into blues rock? I didn't find that album to be very bluesy, certainly not enough to call it a blues album. It's way more garage and punk than anything. Why not LAYLA by D&tD? Way more bluesy.

Because it's blues rock. Totally ****ing blues rock. Iggy even claimed Howlin' Wolf as a major inspiration for his vocals on Fun House.

we're missing A LOT of orkc musicians here, some which can be represented with three new lists.

Roots Rock.

1. Creedence Clearwater Revival - Cosmo's Factory
2. Dire Straits - Brothers in Arms
3. The Band - Music from Big Pink
4. Ry Cooder - Paradise and Lunch
5. Los Lobos - Kiko
6. Rod Stewart - Every Picture Tells a Story
7. Little Feat - Dixie Chicken
8. Elton John - Tumbleweed Collection
9. J.J. Cale - To Tulsa and Back
10. Steve Earle - Transcendental Blues

We had no CCR, Dire Straits, or Elton John.

Southern Rock

1. Lynyrd Skynyrd - Pronounced Lynyrd Skynyrd
2. Allman Brothers - At Fillmore East
3. The Marshall Tucker Band - The Marshall Tucker Band
4. The Black Crowes - The Southern Harmony and the Musical Companion
5. ZZ Top - Tres Hombres
6. Gov't Mule - Dose
7. The Charlie Daniels Band - - Fire on the Mountain
8. Molly Hatchet - Molly Hatchet
9. Drive-By Truckers - The Dirty South
10. Neil Young - After the Gold Rush (only one Neil Young album so far? The guy's one of the most influential people in rock)

How have we not had Lynyrd Skynrd, Allman Bros., or ZZ Top

COUNTRY ROCK
1. Eagles - Hotel California (I literally screamed when I saw that we had no Eagles)
2. Neil Young - Harvest
3. Gene Clark - No Other
4. Buffalo Springfield - Buffalo Springfield
5. J.J. Cale - Naturally
6. Moby Grape - Moby Grape '69
7. Hank Williams, Jr. - Hank Williams, Jr. & Friends
8. Blue Rodeo - Five Days in July
9. Linda Ronstadt - Heart Like a Wheel
10. The Byrds - Sweetheart of the Rodeo

Here's a fourth list with greats: Hearland Rock

1. Tom Petty and the Heart breakers - Damn the Torpedoes
2. Bruce Springsteen - Born to Run
3. John Cougar Mellencamp - Scarecrow
4. Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes - Hearts of Stone
5. Lucinda Williams - Essence
6. Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band - Stranger in Town
7. John Fogerty - Centerfield
8. Nils Lofgren - Nils Lofgren
9. Bruce Hornsby and The Range - The Way It Is
10. Iron City Houserockers - Have a Good Time (But Get Out Alive)

I think this should cover some good ground.
