@ Technic I know against my wishes you decided to do a bastardization of the AOR list I sent........ which I've now seen.

If you're going ahead with it you should at least remove that Cheap Trick album, you know it's a live album don't you?

Also you need a Toto album on that list.

That was the list I sent, dude. I didn't even see yours.

So maybe he just forgot about my list then. He did say when I sent it that he would cut and crop it, as I sent two lists that included some of the albums on yours.

I'm guessing then that you're an AOR/Arena rock fan, there's not that many on this forum.

After making the list, I realized how much I love it since I give a lot of them 5 stars, and that's just from the short amount I've heard. I was planning on going on a marathon at some point. Maybe during the AOR round. What was your list?

EDIT: So we're keeping punk in the rock survivor?

I can't seem to locate the two lists I sent at the moment (am looking) but Technic has probably got them.

If you really like AOR check out the journal I do with Anteater and we're on 1978 at the moment and still yet to get to the best stuff. It's a kind of history/best of the genre concept. It's slow moving but we'll get there in the end.

Why would we include symphonic prog and then exclude punk? And if you put Cheap Trick in the AOR list does that mean there isn't a power pop list?

Any of you guys interested in doing Goofle's pop survivor too? I'm kinda treating it as the new torture chamber personally.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

Well Cheap Trick are probably one of the definitive power pop bands, so there should be a power pop list.
