Definitely going to participate in the Country-Rock round, bummed that I missed the boat on discussing the nominees, though. There are some damn good albums missing from that list. Hearts of Stone and Damn the Torpedoes are hardly Country-Rock albums, damn near straight up pub rock, I'll be surprised if those two have a chance at competing. Marshall Tucker Band's Where We all Belong would have paired well against Skynyrd and the Allmans and is more country-rock than both. CSN&Y's Deja Vu would have been a strong competitor, but I guess Young is already on the list with Harvest. The Beau Brummel's Bradley's Barn is a country-rock masterpiece (featuring country legend Jerry Reed on sessions).
EDIT: Just came across the discussion where Country-Rock, Southern Rock, and Heartland Rock were combined. Makes sense now. Still hurts to see that a pivotal album like Sweetheart of the Rodeo was snubbed out by three Heartland Rock albums in a category it had a huge role in inventing.

And Qwerty's vote brings us back to a tie, and based on previous votes, that means Boston is out! It all comes down to this final round, and it is neck and neck!
2. Queen - A Night at the Opera 1. Van Halen - Van Halen Vote 1 off. Vote ends March 8.
