Default Hi, im new in metal!

Hi guys. I dont know if this Thread is already created... but...

So, i started listening metal and rock music recently, and im enjoying bands like, Soulfly, Sepultura, Pantera, Megadeth, Deftones (i really love deftones!!!) , Coal Chamber, Nile, Mastodon, Exhorder, etc...

And i always want to discover new music, but some times is hard, and so, i wanted you to tell me some bands (based on the bands i just said before) that i might like...

Thx guys

P.S: Sorry if my english is not the best...

Can never go wrong with Deftones, Pantera, Mastodon. Good choices there.

Try this out.

Call this Metalcore. While She Sleeps is a good band to start with, as far as Metalcore goes. I'd also recommend Protest The Hero.

Welcome to metal!

I think you would like Gojira, Entombed, Slayer, Machine Head, Kreator, Tool, Bolt Thrower, Nailbomb and Death.

A few examples:

That was actually pretty awesome. Using gang vocals in place of the usual generic melodic chorus is actually a pretty good idea.
