Ulver - Bergtatt - Et Eeventyr i 5 Capitler -- (I'm pretty sure this should count, and by my search results it doesn't seem that you've mentioned it before, so I'm guessing you've not done a review of it yet.) Dämmerfarben - Im Abendrot -- (This should fit the bill, though it has a pretty large bit of Folk influence, some decent level of Folk influence is pretty common in a lot of Atmospheric Black Metal and other BM by my account.) Folkvang - Six Stories Without Keys -- Six Stories Without Keys | Folkvang Sear Bliss - The Haunting -- (I'm not sure whether this would better fit under symphonic, but quite a few parts are very atmospheric, and most are at least decently so.) Caladan Brood - Echoes of Battle -- (maybe this is more Epic Black Metal/Pagan/Folk Metal, though I still feel it as being pretty atmospheric, just not exactly like some others.) - Echoes of Battle | Caladan Brood Empyrium - Songs of Moors and Misty Fields -- (Pretty folky, but I don't think this one is deniable.) - Songs Of Moors And Misty Fields | Empyrium Arthemesia - Devs Iratvs -- (Maybe this is more Symphonic or Melodic Black Metal than Atmospheric, but it's a pretty well blended mix I'd say.) Someone else can pick a Burzum album if there's one TH hasn't heard that would fit the more atmospheric bill. I'm uncertain, but I'm pretty sure you; Trollheart, have heard Filosofem, right? If not, then either that or some other mid-90's release of his would probably do. Last edited by mythsofmetal; 08-19-2015 at 04:36 AM. |

That's great thanks. Yes I had heard Filosem (loved it) and I've also heard that Ulver is one I should definitely listen to, so I'll put all those on the list.
