Yeah, unless you can't make it or don't want to, in which case you're passed over and the next guy gets his or her turn. When the round has been completed, if you want to be re-added, you then go back but not in your original place; you have to go to the bottom of the list. If I don't hear from you to the contrary I assume everyone wants to remain on the list.

Can you if possible embed the videos as everyone else is doing? Gives me less windows or tabs to have to work with and remember to close. If you don't know how to do that, shout and someone will help you.

I did but the videos just appeared white so I don't know what's going on there. Am I right in assuming you just use the /YOUTUBE bbcode? Sorry for turning this into a help desk.

Yeah but you only post what's after v= so if for instance your YT link was v=ASDFGH you would only post ASDFGH, no need for the http part or the Youtube.com or any of that.
