I mind as well hammer the final nail into Zeppelin's coffin.
I was going to vote for iV but I forgot about Fairies wear boots. There is something else going against Zeppelin as well, and that is that the production on their albums sounds very dated in comparison to a lot of other classic rock bands. When I put Sabbath on it still sounds pretty modern, but the instruments in Zeppelin albums for some reason have a really antiquated sound to them. So despite being technically superior, I vote of Zeppelin. |

Alright, I'm calling this ****, cause Zeppelin is getting stomped. Black Sabbath's Paranoid wins the proto-metal battle. Not that anyone is going to be surprised.
Now it's time for metalcore... 1. Converge - Jane Doe 2. Poison the Well - The Opposite of December 3. Protest the Hero - Fortress 4. Unearth - The Oncoming Storm 5. Dillinger Escape Plan - Ire Works 6. Earth Crisis - Destroy the Machines 7. Integrity - Humanity Is the Devil 8. Botch - We Are the Romans 9. Snapcase - Progression Through Unlearning 10. Unbroken - Life. Love. Regret Vote 4 off. Polls end on May 4. Spoiler for Metal/Mathcore Battle Youtube Vids:
