I like the way you singled out the more mainstream pop rock otientated bands on the list.

With the exception of 70s Areosmith.
Toys In The Attic, Rocks, and Get Your Wings.

I totally agree

Ok time to tally up and...

The popularity of GNR was all Lies Lies Lies, they're out!!! Axl Rose is no more!!!

I had a draw on the second band, but two short votes last round both voted Skid Row, so Sebastian Bach is guilty by association, Skid Row is out! We've got our solid 20!!!

25. Mercyful fate
24. Sepultura
23. Helloween
22. Guns N Roses
21. Skid Row

Remaining:

AC/DC
Aerosmith
Alice Cooper
Anthrax
Black Sabbath
Def Leppard
Dio
Iron maiden
Judas Priest
KISS
Megadeth
Metallica
Motley Crue
Motorhead
Ozzy Osbourne
Pantera
Scorpions
Slayer
WASP
Van Halen

Vote 4 off, the two with the most votes are eliminated, polls close Christmas Eve (though I'll extend it if I see everyone's too busy with family) In the meantime have a Merry Metal Christmas!!!

My votes

KISS
Pantera (All the late 80's early 90's bands have dropped off except for the one I hate!)
Aerosmith
Judas Priest

I thought we were only voting off the one band, and now we've voted off four at once?

Apologies Batlord, I've edited things to make it more clear. You vote for 4 bands, but I eliminate two each time until we get down to the final 10, than we'll eliminate just one, cheers.

So when is Dio going to release a new album anyway?
