What is Mathcore?
What is mathcore? So many people have come up to me and asked me if I listen to it, and I really don't say anything because I don't know what it is. Is there a difference between grindcore and mathcore? So if any of yall could tell what it is and list some bands that are mathcore, I would greatly appriciate it. Take Care Everybody!

It's like that, but harder - bands like Dillinger Escape Plan and such. |

Mathcore is like grindcore, sort of, but it's less . . . disjointed, if you will. According to Dillinger, it's pretty much just fitting together a bunch of weird rythems, and making them keep together. I don't know, that's what they said.

This is another one of those 'another sub catagory' things.
Its a fraction of some other music, same type just the angle is a few degree's wider,it's a slice of a wider pie(chart),it al adds up the same...etc etc etc |
