Top 25 bands
For me, top 3 bands is not enough. So let's go with top 25. Oh, and this not limited to only punk bands, most of my favorite just happen to be punk.

Everyone has music in them. Only the talented have the ability to share it with the rest of the world. Here's a thought; let's stop labeling music and fighting over what genre a certain band is, and start listening to whatever pleases our ears no matter what anyone thinks of it! ;)
