No disrespect but I don't know how you could compare Bon Jovi to Limp Bizkit. Obviously, they are both rock bands (but they are so different). It's kinda like saying: "Apple vs. Banana... What's better?" But I would vote for Limp Bizkit. I like bands that mix rock with hip hop. Bon Jovi is a great band but Fred Durst is still the king.

Wait. Bon jovi and limp triscuit are metal? When did this happen and why wasn't I informed? I clearly remember the 80's and don't ever recall bon jovi being metal. Glam rock yes, metal no chance.
As another posts said, both suck and IMO neither come close to real metal. |

Well, a rather funny or ridiculous poll in my opinion. Bon Jovi is the much better group by leaps and bounds. Limp Bizkit has their talent in guitarist Wes Borland, drummer is decent, bassist is not half bad either. Aside from that I just don't see how anyone, aside from their individual taste in music, could even say Limp Bizkit is the better band.
That said... I listen to Limp Bizkit from time to time. They have their moments of decent to good music. Fred Durst really should maybe write a bit differently than he does. But even if he stopped writing those silly lyrics and wrote things more sensible, the guy still would be regarded as one of the more drama seeking singers of the nu-metal era. |
