Default Riot

Riot were a classic heavy metal band from NYC, and this forum is pretty lame for not having a thread for them.
Their first few albums had their share of cheesy material, but songs like these are total metal classics, and Brutal Legend made the right decision with these two

The last one just so happens to be one of my all time favorite songs.

They split up sometime, and reformed in 1986 with a new singer, and released one hell of a speed/thrash metal album with Thundersteel. Honestly, it's right on par with Painkiller imo.

Nothing cheesy about Riot, they were one of the best American metal bands of the late 1970s and early 1980s. Especially with albums like Rock City and the Fire Down Under.
