I haven't actually found much Gorguts/Ulcerate worship from this year, though last year there and the year before I remember there being a lot. Seems like there's a lot of revival of OSDM stuff this year. New Tomb Mold is probably my favorite 2018 DM album.

I agree on Tomb Mold's being the best straight-ahead death metal this year so far. That said, Mortuous is giving them a run for their money...

Oh yeah I heard that Replicant album. It wasn't very good. I liked Convulsing's previous record, haven't checked that one yet.
