This is just like what happened with PSY and Gangnam Style. Something that a country's industry has been doing for years suddenly goes global/viral. I don't understand why. K-pop was crazy for years before PSY and j-pop has been doing this kind of thing since the 80s. Maybe not this exact combo but it's hardly much different/more shocking as say, adult men dressed as 9-year old girls doing death metal.
Why does some stuff totally get on the radar when tons of other stuff flies below it for decades. As a side note, I'm not into Babymetal. Kind of bland for me. |

The link to this one broke, but I had a pretty low opinion of them until I heard this one.
They sound so much better with the "clean vocals" being more subtle. Reviving it cause it's worth it.
