Him and Steven Wilson/Porcupine Tree are my go to's in terms of that type of prog. Granted, PT is much more Floyd'ish but Steven Wilson really adds to the atmosphere really well. Not a terrific vocalist, but the kind of vocalist that the genre calls for, and it's done well.

I love porcupine tree. Don't know any of Steven Wilson's solo stuff.

Definitely check it out. He released 4 1/2 this year in January and I reviewed it in my journal. Definitely worth checking out on top of his other solo work.

While we're on the topic, you should check out Storm Corrosion. It's a Steven Wilson and Mikael Akerfeldt collab album and it's not what you'd expect, though I love it a lot.

^Agreed with Chula. All of it is fantastic. I can't really tell you where to start since it's all very good.

Wow! That was an amazing song. I'm definitely going to have to buy this album.
