Aside from the stupid death metal thing Billy sucks doing the same thing he's been doing for years, whereas James sucks because his voice is shot and he's doing... whatever the hell he's doing. And even if he wasn't as accomplished a singer I'd still rather listen to James in his heyday than Chuck any day of the week.

Just so we are clear, Hetfield is a great singer, just not on RTL. Every other album I don't have a problem with him.

I have no clue what sound you are supposed to convey with this, but yes, really. Hetfield is vastly more appealing than other metal singers like Exodus, Dark Angel, and even *gasp* Rob Halford-who can be annoying at times to listen to.
