They are a Socialist punk outfit from Richmond, V.A. With currently two Cds out. Change Is A Sound and Exit English. Very good writing and moving music. All around good band. I reccomend them highly

About the only strongly political band I can stand
Sunset on 32nd or something is such an amazing song, and Change Is A Sound is an amazing CD on the whole
