I'd say something like no other than succesful tacky rock bands have done so... but I'd rather not mention them... fortunately, there's supreme music going on anyway: glorious new bands worth discovering that are not well-known!

Post grunge cause it made Nu metal sound good.
Im not really that familiar with either genre but i do remember liking Korn and SOAD over bands like Nickelback and Creed. Nu metal sounded more refreshing and energetic and personally i couldn't draw any reference to it. it sounded like something nu. ![]()

![]() Also cause i hear alot of Nu metal elements in their music and they do they rap in some of their songs. when i hear alternative Metal i think about Incubus more than SOAD.
