well i won't say Queen , because that would be super obvious.
But actually , punk rock bands got some great vocal harmonies , Bad Religion , Rancid , NOFX

oh , and System Of A Down

On the newer music side, I’d say Sidewalk Society—at least their song Moment, one of my current favorites

VAI (not Steve Vai, but the band VAI, whose only album is called "Sex & Religion") has supreme vocal harmonies; I think it's a riveting band to listen to!
