I used to think Zeppelin III was my favorite, but it's just not consistently interesting enough. It loses my attention at too many points. House of the Holy is always a great listen, though, so I think I'll go with that now.

Led Zeppelin IV. It's their most famous album for a reason, a good one! You've got their best songs there: Black Dog, Stairway to Heaven. Amazing album.

Haha yeah it's the one with Cashmeer.

But I voted Graffiti too, Ten Years Gone, Trampled Under Foot, Bron-Yr-Aur, In My Time of Dying, they might not be the classics but I think it's their peak album

Led Zeppelin is my favorite band and IV is my favorite record.

IV is about as close to a perfect rock record as I have ever heard.
