It's pretty hard to pick since their albums for the most part are consistently good. But if I had to say, Masters of Reality with Sabbath Bloody Sabbath as a close 2nd.
Yeah, not that I want it to beat their debut, but Sabbath Bloody Sabbath might be my second fave as well, or possibly Paranoid. It's just the perfect summation of their whole career up to that point and was their most mature release.

Paranoids songs are way too weak though. War Pigs is boring same with Parnaoid (track). The only decent songs from Paranoid are Planet Caravan and Hand of Doom

I have to disagree on the Paranoid track. It's one of the better ones on the album. It's fast paced, and simple minus the guitar solos which I find to be amazing. One of the key tracks on the entire album in my opinion.

I liked Heaven and Hell and Mob Rules. I just got Dehumanizer. I loved Dio. He was God to me. As for Ozzy, he is like fingers down a chalkboard.
