nickleback does have some good lyrics, but i still like puddle of mud better, its not as generic

Nickelback have a better sense of drama and the theatrical than Puddle Of Mudd. But Puddle Of Mudd have a better lead guitarist. Then again, Nickelback have a better drummer. And they're more creative, melodically speaking. But Puddle Of Mudd have denser, deeper instrumental arrangements. Though they also use more overused chord progressions.
Wouldn't it be swell if Puddle Of Mudd and Nickelback combined to form one superband? You'd then have one of the most dexterous radio rock combinations ever to come off a major label. |
