I downloaded Crisis on a whim...what a piece of generic crap. They sound like about a million other american bands right now. Is this emo? A lot of pointless screaming with Iron Maiden type guitars and a dash of Fall out boy melodics....yawn...

Never been a big fan. I find them abhorrently dull as dishwater just like the thousands of bands that sound just like them.

I too wondered the same (it's spelled "pronounced" btw). I think it's Alex is on fire...although I always say Alexis on fire.:-/ Old habits...

I did? I was wrong. They got their name from a stripper named Alexis Fire. I asked when I saw them with Rise Against which it was awhile back, they're nice people.
