Same here. I don't think I have ever heard a track by them TBH.

Kerrang tv used to play the odd Creed video ten years ago or so but I doubt they do these days. They're nothing worth nothing,

In terms of music, yeah maybe. But Pearl Jam still managed to sell out an arena here in about 15 minutes a couple of years ago, Creed probably wouldn't be able to fill a local pub here if they were still together.

They were pretty huge in England at least around the time "My Sacrifice" came out.

Alot of folks dislike them because they feel Scott Stapp is ripping off Eddie Vedders vocal style.

Also as other posters have noted just alot of folks don't like Scott Stapp because of various past incidents.

Myself I kind of like Creed. Their guitarist is pretty good and Stapp doesn't annoy me as a singer (the first thing that will turn me off to a band is a vocalist I dislike/ find annoying)

i actually quite like "My Sacrifice"

i sing along to it whenever it's on the radio

i like it much better than any Pearl Jam song, tbh

Allow my to illustrate with a video - I can't print the lyrics I'm afraid.

Magnificent

I don't like Creed at all. My first reaction was to answer "because they suck", but that's kind of a juvenile response. They don't 'suck', but I think they're uber-cheesy. Scott Stapp's voice irritates me, and I think he's a bit of a tool. The guitar work and the rest of the band seems proficient enough. Just not my cup of tea, I guess. I enforce a zero Creed policy where I work; there's none on my iPod and would prefer if there were none on yours either.

Chalk it up to Scott Stapp's general douchebaggery.

I like that. I do. Can I apply for work wherever you are?

No but really, that sounds like something I'd see on Craigslist personals. Brings a smile to my face.

Over-produced self-important big sounds with Scott Stapp's voice making it all the more painful. Generic booming Drumming, guitar playing that has technique but no Soul, and lyrics that are the usual crap no matter what page of the religious book they're on. Professional sounding plodding. That's about it.

I like to make fun of their style.
