A lot that I would've mentioned have been mentioned in here. Especially BTBAM. The mixture of prog and metalcore is impressive.

sepultura has alot of the rhythm and grittiness of punk, as opposed to the machine gun firings and tight distortion of most metal bands. its a certain kind of imperfection that i like alot. i should say im more of a punk than i am a metalhead, but 3-chord structures get boring after a while
