Dude... metal squarely falls on the shoulders of a few bands that COMPLETELY changed the genre. Megadeth and Slayer are two of them. They have ties with Metallica, Megadeth's frontman helped form Metallica before he was kicked out... look them up.

Listen to these albums at least!

Megadeth's "Rust in Peace"
Slayer's "Reign in Blood"

I'm not a metal historian or anything, but those are two pivotal releases in the metal world. Listen to them and learn.

And please tell me you've heard of Black Sabbath? And if you have, more than just the song Iron Man?

Gotta love the fact that he changed his signature from when it originally said that he likes Megadeth and Slayer.

Wouldn't it be more beneficial to just remove it all from your signature, register for last.fm, and listen to the music you like so that we can see what you like instead of having to guess what the "many more too" is?

Cd's from Forever Plagued Records:

Morbid Angel - Formulas Fatal to the Flesh
Destroyer 666 - To the Devil His Due comp.
Goatpenis - Inhumanisation
Judas Iscariot - To Embrace the Corpses Bleeding
Dub Buk - Russian title I can't type
Graveland - Immortal Pride
Possessed - Beyond the Gates

I already had a few of these on cassette but they're such great albums, and for $5 each (if you order 6 or more) I couldn't pass up the opportunity.
