Anybody else hear of this guy? Very interesting, and talented Japanese surf rock guitarist. I usually am not big on things that sound intentionally 50s-like(since it's so overdone), but I really think his mixture of melodies which resemble the pulp fiction theme with traditional Japanese melodies is brilliant. I only have one album "The Birth of Bunnies" but by far it's one of the most listeneable albums I've picked up in some time.

Terence Hill, as recently confirmed during an interview to an Italian TV talk-show, was offered the role but rejected it because he considered it "too violent". Dustin Hoffman and John Travolta declined the role for the same reason. When Al Pacino was considered for the role of John Rambo, he turned it down when his request that Rambo be more of a madman was rejected.

It may come as a surprise for you to learn that I enjoyed that. The syncopation was very good indeed and I'd definitely agree that he is very talented. I'd be interested in finding out a bit more about him. It was a perfectly enjoyable track, I found it quite refreshing in a way.
