Default Who Remembers Vincent Damon Furnier aka Alice Cooper

I got thinking today that I have not seen any Alice Cooper on any thread. I saw him back in 1974, and then again with my son in 2007. It was quite a show both times, and he put on an equally phenomenal performance that had not changed in over 30 years.

I'll start with my two favorites. If anyone can find some quality live videos, please post. I think he deserves a thread, he is worthy of some Love.

Any bands you might find comparable, or see some influence are welcome.

peace

steve

Sorry. I was informed by an unnamed source that there wasn't, so, we agreed I should start one. The other one only has on video, and is several years old. I think Alice has grown younger with age

Should I delete it or keep it?

There have been a number of Alice Cooper threads on here, I was actually thinking of doing an Alice Cooper album review thread at some time in the future, unless somebody else wants to do one.

I agree to let you do it. Necromancer might. He's into Vince. I will definitely participate.

I don`t have plans to do it for a while, so you may want to reconsider.

But this is hardly vintage Alice Cooper! And even amongst his worst albums that must rank as probably the poorest of them all.

Have you heard his 1970s and early 1980s output? Because most of this is what you need to hear.
