totally agree, I love their S/T album. So sludgy and dirty!

Even though I love Soundgarden, I keep voting for AIC. Facelift is may favorite. Love, Hate, Love...what an incredible song.

I don't really see it as a mystery. The guy had bipolar disorder and left himself unmedicated. He was also quoted by friends "I want to be rich and famous and kill myself like Jimi Hendrix."

Layne Staley's image affected his entire career and discography not just Jar of Flies.

Whether they're true or not, neither of those things were common knowledge among music listeners back when Kurt was still alive.

It's pretty much still considered mysterious commonly.

Most people didn't have knowledge of bipolar disorder. Not saying it was that for certain. But it makes the most sense.

I LIKED Queensryche. Now I say I just like Geoff Tate. Only band from there I even cared about.

Aren't Queensrÿche an 80s band?

They're not really part the 90s era though.

Except they were on the verge of being HUGE at the start of the 90s when Operation Mindcrime and Silent Lucidity hit big. Besides, aside from Pearl Jam every band listed in the poll started in the 80s.
