I know arent they amazing? Too bad grunge completely deflected all attention away from them, they never really got the respect they deserved... Whats your favorite album by them? Mine has to be a tie between The Inner Experience & This Timeless Turning. |

Tough call there. Exit at the Axis was what got me into them so that has always had a special place in my heart. Aside from that, I guess I'm in the same boat as you. I love both This Timeless Turning and A Return to the Inner Experience for very different reasons. This Timeless Turning is the more consistent album imo, but A Return to the Inner Experience, while sort of uneven, has some of their best songs. Fresh Fruits for the Liberation is really cool too. Since it's a collection of various unrelated tracks (I think) it's pretty all over the place, but love how different some of the tracks are from their usual stuff. Moonbathing on Sleeping Leaves has always been my least favorite, but that still has some good songs as well.

Maybe I'm speaking Chinese here I was saying, don't mention AIC Unplugged, as we'll have people going on about how supposedly brilliant it is for several pages! This thread has been ruined enough already, with people constantly going on about how brilliant AIC are with that plodding sound of theirs.

Just look at the votes, AIC with 18! Its sad really when one of the weaker bands of the Seattle movement leads by a country mile.
