Why do you ask?
Just asking..

I remember now, you like Scott Weiland. We had a conversation about him before, Ive always liked him as well.

Don't tell anybody..but I actually think that STP evolved more musically than any of the others.

Yeah. I haven't heard it either. I hear it's **** but I agree with you on STP evolving. I'm a special flower that way, I loved Scott's solo albums and I'm one of the 4 people in the world that likes Velvet Revolver.

I`m another one of those 4 people, that 1970s retro-sounding rock of theirs shows that they`re masters of their craft.

****, even when Scott's voice got higher he still sounded like Morrison. Vocal patterns and mannerisms are almost exactly the same.

Mudhoney isn't even worth comparing to AIC. Nor is STP. I once was a pretty big STP fan. I still like them but the more I listened to bands like AIC, the more I realized that STP is pretty shallow in comparison.

i'm one of the few million that can't stand VR

the strangulated vocals, the throwback to glory days of hard rock but isn't as good

Of course not. Mudhoney and Alice In Chains are completely different bands playing completely different music. But if you were to compare them, AIC obviously win in terms of musicianship, but Mudhoney stomp all over them in terms of attitude. While grunge was often associated with having no sense of humour Mudhoney never took themselves too seriously and added a sense of fun, not to mention being a key band in the development of the Seattle sound. I'd definitely choose Mudhoney over Alice In Chains and I'm a fan of both.
