Sountracks from a movie
 

okay so i've been wondering there are movies that feature rock songs and that sort of thing and sometimes u can even get to discover new bands by getting to watch a movie so my question to everbody is what is your favorite soundtrack from a movie mine has got to be "The Queen of the Damned" soundtrack so what is yours

Resident Evil: Apocalypse
its got the used, killswitch engage, HIM, cky, the cure, and a bunch more. i think its good.

The Crow & The Crow 2 City of angels
The cure, NIN, Stone temple pilots, My life with the thrill kill cult, pantera, iggy pop, deftones.....S**t loads of cool tunes

Garden state has really good "indie-ish" ****.

My favourite is probably the Texas Chain Massacre soundtrk: Morbid Angel,Lamb Of God, Pantera, Fear Factory,Soil,Messuggah probably the heaviest soundtrk of all time! or Spawn coz there are some gems on there too: Manson,Metallica,Slayer,Korn some good stuff. Crow 1 2 3soundtracks are honorable mentions too.

if any one of you have seen donie darko you have to watch the music video for mad world andlisten to the lyrics it all goes perfectly with the movie

t.c.m is a great soundtrack.
 

Yeah definitely check out Texas Chainsaw Massacre Soundtrack I bought it for about $9 Aust. Bit of a random find but worth it. Its kind of funny its got a sound track coz none of the music on the soundtrack fetures on the movie lol. ((Yay!)) my first reply thingy!

How did I forget about Spawn. It's got that crazy metallica dance track satan, I mean, what the f**k???

The Lords of Dogtown soundtrack sounds pretty good to me it's got stuff like...

check out "josh's blair witch mix" (bauhaus, laibach, type o negative etc etc) - also like the queensryche album cover - if you haven't already give operation mindcrime a listen or empire - probably their 2 best albums!

Judgement Night (Slayer and Ice-T (combining 3 exploited songs into 1), Sonic Youth and Cypress Hill, Helmet and House Of Pain, Faith No More and Boo-Yaa T.R.I.B.E.)

Freddy Vs Jason (Devildriver, Lamb Of God, Type O Negative, Killswitch Engage, Sepultra feat. Fantomas Mike Patton, Chimaira, From Autum to Ashes, Sevendust) and more .... the ones noted being what l would consider the best within the soundtrack!

^^ill have to check that out, Sepultura w/ Mike Patton sounds like a brutal combo.

All three scores to THE LORD OF THE RINGS - instrumental, but amazing!

The Crow and Daredevil soundtracks are pretty kick arse. Cure's 'burn' was played when Brandon's charachter snaps and starts changing into 'the crow'. Ahh such a brilliant sequence and brilliant song.
I like some of the classical scores in movies aswell.

Just got it. Just saw the movie, as well. I was pleased.

Trainspotting - Blur , Iggy , Primal Scream , New Order , Lou Reed etc etc

The "Trainspotting" OST is just gorgeous. I love "Sing".

i cant believe no1 has said pulp fiction!!! the soundtrack is awesome as is the rocky soundtrack even if it is cheesy!

I like the soundtrack to 'almost famous' has anyone seen that?
