Not sure if this has been mentioned but Focus by Cynic is pretty damn amazing. When I think of prog metal that is the first album to come to mind.

Korn's debut was pretty good but the I don't like anything from the discography of the other two bands. Linkin Park (especially Chester) have an ego and unwarranted self-serious attitude that I don't particularly care for, and I always found their lyrics to be very juvenile. As for Limp Bizkit, well, they single handedly destroyed any possibility of nu metal becoming a dignified genre simply by its association with them.
