Iwrestledabearonce did an album a couple years ago called Hail Mary. I think it's pretty interesting and very good in many ways, but it also feels so intense and insisting in it's sound that it grates on me after a while. Often, I just watch this one song from it on video and leave it at that.

New to them? I remember Tastes Like Kevin Bacon being cool.

I heard the Hail Mary album first, so pretty new. I do own one other album, "It's All Happening", but I haven't given it all that much attention yet.
EDIT: I had to look at the back cover, but it seems the Kevin Bacon song is actually on it. |

Every time I listen to this song without a beer in my hand I bang my head in shame.

Holy **** I forgot how awesome Invocator's second album is. Doesn't have the angular tech thrash riffs of the debut, but this is some raw as **** post-Pantera extreme thrash that does the sound waaaay better than it has any right to. Basically the best album Exhorder never wrote.

![]() Actually listing to "Haunting Recollections", but I can't find that on YouTube. Still, awesome song. Underrated blacked melodic thrash group.

Bro the early 90s had some of the most gnarly, perfected thrash riffs with all the death thrash and tech thrash going around. But just check out this early 90s sick fest of bands.
1990 1991 Thrash was ****ed up till the end, bro. 1992
