Demolition Hammer's Epidemic of Violence has become a go to album when I don't know what else to listen to but I could totally go for having my head crushed like a grape.

I mean just listen to this beautiful ode to cannibalism.

I know you dig Katalepsy and I seem to remember rec'ing this to you at some point and you also digging it so perhaps you should check out more Russian slam death metal from the mid-00s/early-10s era, cause both those bands hail from that era and from what I hear Russian slam from then was kind of that ilk where they combined slam with more traditional brutal death metal in a similar way. Haven't delved into it myself but I think I'm about to so just a heads up.

Oh hey there's a Russian slam band that Mondo's rec'ed before I'd forgotten about that's of interest. They're exactly the kind of band Mondo would rec. Russian slam death metal is now officially a priority.
