I decided to open my mind to nu-metal after many years of ignoring it and believing the stereotype that it's inferior to "real" metal.

This is pretty cool so far, a few songs in. Neat death metal influences are pretty obvious, and the drumming is standout.

^Cool, let me know what you think. Mudvayne's probably my favorite nu metal band.

Now:


We're Not Gonna Take It is that typical "single that doesn't sound much like the actual album" and an overplayed to death song and I think there's a lame ballad on here too, but the rest of this album is excellent.

the best track on the album though is hidden after like 15 minutes of silence in the last track

I think L.D. 50 was their best, but this one is pretty good as well.

^Yeah, L.D. 50 is fantastic as well. I've always preferred End of All Things to Come by just a bit though.
