I definitely can't choose between Spiritual Healing and Individual Thought Patterns. The former has the brutality of early Death with vastly improved melodicism that makes it much more dynamic and memorable, but the latter is a viciously robotic masterpiece that lays waste to just about all the buildings on your street. Might have to give Individual Thought Patterns the edge but it's close.
