greatest title track ever written

Or Painkiller I suppose... Greatest thrash title track ever written. Except for Ride the Lightning... Greatest title track from a thrash debut album ever written.

Still wrong, this is the best thrash title track:

The whole album is phenomenal, but Tension is one of the best imo. I've probably listened to that song a hundred times.

I've been told countless times that Lost Paradise is a bad album. If you think this please explain to me your reasoning.

I think all Paradise Lost albums are disappointing, but that's just because I think the singer can't sing and the music is bland. I think the band actually got a bit better in the last 10 years or so, but old "classics" like Icon and Draconian Times didn't impress me in the slightest.

I don't really get what people see in this band. They don't really have any strengths.

I seem to remember Icon being a super bland Metallica ripoff.

Their riffs really did tend to sound like Metallica ripoffs. Subtract memorable songs and make all songs sound basically the same and you have yourself a 90's Paradise Lost record.

I don't hear a lot of Metallica in Icon. Way more gothic than anything Metallica were doing, even in the 90's.
