sounds better than I expected, but still not amazing to me. But its good to have them back at this style.

really interesting swedish atmo bm with some nice infusion of ambient elements and the usage of electronics. dual guitarists allows the band to go forth with some crazy shredding while keeping it raw enough to avoid cheesy territory. this is some hypnotic ****.

i liked it. i listened to their other stuff and also liked it. their music sounds really spacy which coincides with their ufo infatuation pretty neatly.

One of the better things done with prog. metal.

Was listening to this in full for the first time in a long time.
It really is excellent and I can't believe I still haven't got more than this one CD with them.

Gorod - A Perfect Absolution (full album)

This last Nokturnal Mortum is a bit on the long side
and not as good as the mighty "Voice of Steel" album,
but it's still a mesmerizing listen and a real top one for
this year. Worth the wait (and what a wait).

doom metal from another dimension. I always imagine a hellish landscape when I play this.

i think this was the song that got me into black metal.
