it just happens whenever anyone says melodic death metal

Heard this band before a long time ago, and I didn't like. This time though, it's much better.

Honestly I 'd definitely like for melodic death metal to take more cues from this album as well. It's clearly death metal that's melodic that could influence more bands if they had the sense.

Bolt Thrower sans their first album are another band that do good things with melody, or at least, chromaticism.

Those Once Loyal is one of the more fantastic sendoffs for a band ever. They basically lost none of their fire and crushed as hard as they ever did.

not much............just these.

Tool suck, I don't know the third group, but I ****ing love Manowar and while I don't consider Andrew WK metal at all his first album is a hard favorite of mine.

the third group is Scars on Broadway.

known past members are Daron Malakian and John Dolmayan of System of a Down.
