Is it just me or does this hardcore punk/crossover thrash sound like a brain dead, spastic Coroner at times? The production at least isn't far off.

I get that Bonded By Blood is the band's most popular album, and everybody wants to hear that album played at concerts, but the band refusing to play songs from their other albums at concerts is ridiculous. Their other albums aren't bad.

That's one of the worst songs on that album.

Aw yeah.

Evil just drips out of this album. Strong choice.

Started the day with some Beckett and this came up on my recommended videos:

Not the best 80's power/glam I've heard but goddamn that guy can sing. Need to track down more stuff with Graham Bonnet.

Masters of death metal return to show metalcore/deathcore/grindcore/powerviolence posers true essence of heaviness.

I'm still new to The Michael Schenker Group, and haven't listened to a full album with Bonnet as singer, but Assault Attack seems gnarly enough. And I also find it interesting just how many times I feel convinced that MSG stole a Maiden riff or two, only to remember that Schenker probably wrote that riff a few years before Maiden nicked it (pretty sure they straight up stole the main riff to "2 Minutes to Midnight" from "Armed and Ready").
