That's because Google tracks your emails, your internet history (if you're on Chrome), and a lot of other shi t so that advertisers can target people efficiently and they can match you with the best results. Try typing intestine into the private browser and pain will be the first one to come up.
So the moral of the story is that if you want someone to start randomly seeing ads/weird google searches that the system thinks is catering to them for something like floppy di ldos, you would just send them emails with normal subject matter on the top and the phrase "floppy di ldos" and variants like "big floppy dil dos" and even mispellings like "floppy didlos" written in big white letters on the bottom. They'll start getting so many di ldo ads that they'll be afraid to sit down.
