Oh **** I forgot that album had "Monster". I don't know if I'd still like that song at this point in my life but as a teenager that **** rocked my world.

I can give you more uber-early metalcore.
Both songs from at least some of the same band member(s). Other super early metalcore.

this is the first 2017 black metal release i've listened to and i have no ****ing clue where this is genre is going man wtf. this is like some weird hybrid of douchey indie rock, atmo-black metal, shoegaze, and then every once and awhile they come in with this wall of pertubator-esque synths. not sure if i like it or not yet but if you're into that sort of thing give it a try i guess.

I never gave these guys a chance before, because I think I heard some later stuff that never really impressed me, but damn the early stuff rules
