OMG, I need everyone to skip to the last track of this album. The lead singer has such an overbearingly strong french accent and he's yelling about ****ing and putting stuff in asses (I think?)

****ing nice. I've been neglecting Sodom to a large extent for years now, but I'm finally getting around to some of their modern ****, and this is ****ing awesome. Heavy ****ing riffs, meaty but not overproduced, and the singer's voice has gotten even more raw and ugly. Time will tell if this is actually one of the best post-2000 thrash albums.

Surprisingly, they almost sounded like a beardpunk group but that didn't make it any less great.

Well, i kind of like the new Metallica song as well.

That was like, actually a good song. Nothing mindblowing, but probably better than anything off Death Magnetic, and about as good as the songs that don't suck off St. Anger. If this is the best song on the album then I'm probably still gonna be indifferent to it, but at least I like one song I guess. Nice riffs, nice energy, nice heaviness, but too bad about that lame chorus.

The vocals feel a bit uninspired. I like the rest though.

I want to not hate it, but I do. The production is so ****ing cheesy and the vocals, oh god the vocals.

I actually don't hate the vocals. His voice is still shot, but he kinda sounds like he's channeling a bit of that low-end roar from ...And Justice for All. Sigh. I guess I can get my hopes up just this once.

This is like, atmospheric to the point that it's kind of hard to call it black metal. I still dig it though, and it's become my go-to album for when I'm reading over the last couple of days.

This album is kicking the **** out of me. I love this. It's like sweet ass metalcore disguised as black metal with a vocalist who sounds identical to the front-man for Vektor.
