Yeah these days I like to listen to an album in order. I remember that track though. The buildup to that riff is great.

50,000 plays later and this is still just as amazing now as the first time I ever listened to it. Arkangel, now and forever.

As someone who thinks most non-melodic metal is boring and stiff, I'm totally impressed by this. Properly gnarly and raw, like agressive music should be. Gonna have to look into this band!

Anyone listen to Killing Joke? Not sure how I missed these guys. They're good. Plenty of bands I really love apparently list this band as a big influence on them. I vaguely recall the bands name in linear notes of albums I have...but, I guess it never dawned on me it was a band somehow? 2015, and they now have fifteen studio albums. I have a lot to catch up on. Apparently the band says they're not a Punk band. But you definitely hear it in the music. This song I am going to post is reminiscent of The Cure I feel, and you can hear traces of Punk in it too. Catchy track, a good track. Had it on repeat a few times at work last night.

Killing Joke is fantastic. Pandemonium and their s/t are a couple of my favourites.

I've been loving the **** out of Heathen lately.
