This is true, but the bass needs to be turned up 6 or 7 decibels, it's too quiet.

WTF?! At the Gates has a new album coming out too? My brain can't take much more of this.

The new Sanctuary album. Not bad so far.

Lays waste to the original, and burns the remains.

Even if you factor that in, the bass is still too low.

Not a metal band. But had to post this for one reason only. Anyone think nobody cares about Bush anymore? Look at that crowd they gathered for a concert they put on recently. I've seen bigger shows Bush put on, bigger than this. They can still fill an arena. That's a new song by the way. Has more of that oldschool Bush sound to it that I will always dig a ****ing ton. Quality for the video is alright.

I'm liking Lamb Of God lately - They're heavy enough and they've got the doom thing going but it's a little more proggy and accessible than the more relentless, bowels-of-hell kind of thing. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Then you should really check out High On Fire. They've got some similar dynamics to Lamb of God, even if they're not really the same thing. Doomy, but thrashy, and accessible. Sort of like the bastard love child of Motorhead and Black Sabbath.

So... discovered this band, and they are the ****. Progressive folk doom sludge, for the discerning *******? Some songs even have a hint of power metal.
